How to Order

1. Finish setting up your profile by filling up basic details such as mobile number, Email and the address you need your meals to be delivered at.

2. Next, click the menu link at the top navigation bar to start browsing subscriptions plans for various meal times -Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, Dinner.

3. Once you have selected your meal subscription plan (or plans), as per your meal requirement, you can do these:

  • Click on the select button and set the ‘From’ and ‘to’; setting the dates 'from' when you would want to start your subscription and 'to' when it should end.
  • Keep the weekends on or off to include or exclude the weekend days in your meal plan.
  • Tip 1: If you wish to order just one demo meal for a day, set the dates in the sections 'from' and 'to' on the same day.
  • Tip 2: If you wish to change/pause/cancel your order, you can do it by 8PM the previous night.

4. Add-to-cart the number of subscriptions you want. One subscription serves a single meal each day, at the allocated time.

  • You can check the total amount for the days of your subscription in the same area. 
  • Tip: If you are looking for more number of meals of the same subscription, please adjust by clicking the plus sign. (E.g. Let's say you need two meals from Standard North Indian Lunch Veg at lunchtime on each day, then buy two subscriptions).

5. Check your order summary and proceed to the payment page.

  • You can pay by multi-choice safe payment methods on Sprink, including Sodexo cards and wallets.
  • Tip: You can always keep sufficient balance in your Sprink wallet for a quick check out.

You can also check your active subscriptions history by going to 'My Subscription' Page and checking under Today's activities.

What happens after an order is placed?

Assigning Delivery time slot

Post receiving your order for a subscription, it gets assigned to a delivery cluster by night around 10 PM and that's also when the delivery slot for your order is set.

Customer Intimation

At the same time when you place an order, you also get intimation through call/sms/email regarding your respective delivery slot.

What to expect at the time of the delivery?

You get a welcome call from us

Once you sign up and start your first-time subscription, you will receive a call from us on the first day of delivery, where the explanation of the allotted meal time slot for your subscriptions and any other doubts will be clarified.

  • Tip: Our delivery slots for different meal timings are:- Breakfast: 07:00 am-8:30 am, Lunch:11:30 am-01:30 pm, Snacks: 04:30 pm-05:30 pm, Dinner: 06:30 pm- 08:30 pm

Does a delivery boy call or drop at the doorstep?

 Food is delivered at the doorstep in case of individual houses and at society gates in case of apartments/societies to make it contact-less and safe for everyone. You will be notified when food is delivered the first day. Post that, you can expect the food to be there at the allotted time.

  • We'll reach out to you only when there's any deviation from the plan to ensure we don't burden you with calls and communications and your experience is seamless.
