Are my daily meals safe to eat? How do you maintain hygiene in a pandemic situation?

We follow strict and non-negotiable hygiene protocols during prep and finish till delivery. Alongside following WHO regulations, we also put extra Hygiene checks and filters to make sure each meal that comes to you is tasty and safe to eat. Check more info on hygiene here.

My meal is late what should I do?

Our meals are usually delivered on time but under unexpected circumstances such as bad weather, traffic issues or due to unforeseen operational constraints, if a meal delivery is delayed, you can Whatsapp or drop a message at the support number.

Do I have to pay for any delivery/packaging charges?

No, all meal prices are inclusive of the delivery fee, packaging charges and govt. Taxes.

Can I change my delivery time slot after taking subscription?

No, all meals are delivered at a predefined time slot. We are able to deliver you meals at no delivery charges to you because we do lots of delivery optimization and many orders in a delivery zone are delivered as per optimized route plan. But if you are facing huge issues due to delivery slot, please talk to customer support number and we'll see if we can adjust it a little.

How do I give feedback for my food?

You can login and visit "My Subscriptions" page. There you would see the list of orders delivered to you. Against each order, you can provide your feedback or raise escalations.

Hygiene & Food Safety

How does Sprink maintain hygiene and sanitization?

We have always given utmost importance to food hygiene and safety and given the pandemic situation, we are following the quality procedures even more.

Our meals are made fresh for a particular session and delivered accordingly. We wash, rinse, and sanitize food contact surfaces, dishware, utensils, food preparation surfaces, and beverage equipment after every use. We frequently disinfect surfaces repeatedly touched by our kitchen employees such as doorknobs, equipment handles, food counters, and grocery cart handles, etc. Temperature checks are done three times a day for kitchen employees. The whole kitchen is professionally sanitized every day after all the meals are delivered for that day. To know more click here

Is there any segregation between Veg and Non-Veg dishes while preparing food in the kitchen?

Yes, we process the raw stock and food preparation of dishes of veg and non-veg in the kitchen separately.


Meal Plans, Pricing & Customization

What is the minimum number of days for the subscription?

We are a completely flexible subscription, which means there is no set time limit to the days of subscription that one have to opt for. When selecting a meal plan, by adjusting dates ‘from’ and ‘to’ in the calendar, the time period for the subscription can be defined by the user. The subscription can also be paused anytime by taking advantage of the ‘set the vacation’ feature on the platform.

What other charges/taxes applicable to the subscription?

There are no extra charges or taxes that are imposed on what you have paid on the Sprink platform. Our meals are inclusive of taxes.

What’s the price of the meals?

One can check the prices for the meals, as ₹ XYZ per meal that is displayed with every subscription plan. The price point of various subscriptions varies from one another as per the meals that come inside the particular subscription. The final price of a subscription depends on the number of days that is chosen and the cost per meal.

Where can I see the menu?

Select Menu from the navigation bar and browse the menu for various subscription plans. Every subscription has its own set of menu based on that particular subscription cuisine (e.g. if one has subscribed for Standard North Indian Lunch Veg and Bengali Combos Dinner, he/she will have North Indian Meals every day for lunch and Bengali dishes for dinner, which will also keep changing with every day).

To view the upcoming menu, keep swiping right on main image i.e. displayed on the subscription plan and the information for each day will be displayed.

How can I customize my meals?

Currently, per meal customization is not available by individual preference. However, you can customize your subscription plans to enjoy various type of cuisines every day by selecting more than one subscription plan.

Do I need to order my meals every day?

No, once you have selected your meal plan and set the dates, your meals are automated to be delivered every day at a predefined time slot until the subscription ends, or it’s manually paused/cancelled.

Can I opt for COD (Cash On Delivery)?

There is no COD feature available. The subscriptions are prepaid and payments are done through cashless transfer. You can pay by many secure payment methods that are available on the platform and even as many wallet recharges as you like and keep the amount secured in your Sprink wallet.

Can I do a one-time order from Sprink? Do I need to subscribe for the same?

Yes, you can. You will need to register with us and create an account for one meal delivery as well. To register, Sign in with your Gmail ID, create a profile, browse the menu from the navigation bar, select a meal plan and when setting the dates of the subscription, set them as the same day. You will receive your meal at the allocated time slot of that particular mealtime. (E.g. If you have ordered for Standard North Indian Lunch Veg, you will receive a single meal for lunch on the fixed date).

Do you provide further consultation once I start my Keto diet?

Currently, we don’t provide any diet consultations. You can always reach out to us on the support number if any issue is occurring in your meal plans or delivery.


Subscription features & Account Related

How do I subscribe to Sprink?

Log in to Sprink.online with your gmail ID, select the subscription of your choice and choose the “From and To dates”. Switch on/ off the weekends depending upon whether you need the weekend meals to be delivered. Select the number of meals to be delivered under a particular subscription. The subscription will now appear in your cart. You can then click on “Proceed To Pay” and complete the subscription process. For more information check out ‘how it works page’

What is a Sprink Wallet?

Your wallet on Sprink is a pre-paid credit  account that is associated with your account on Sprink. This prepaid account allows you to pay a lump sum amount to Sprink and then shop multiple times without having to pay each time using other modes of payment.

Can I have multiple registrations?

Each email address and contact phone number can only be associated with one Sprink account.

Where can I view my subscriptions?

Log in and select ‘My subscription’ from the navigation bar which will show your active subscriptions under ‘today’s activities’. You can browse forwards through days to check on upcoming menus and present-day menu items.

How to I pause or cancel my subscription?

To pause your subscription log in with your registered Gmail ID and select ‘Vacation Settings’ from the navigation bar. Select the start and end date of the period you wish to pause your subscription and submit. Each subscription would need to be paused separately. (e.g. if you have two subscriptions #1 South Indian Breakfast and #2 North Indian Lunch Non-Veg running, 

One can also set a vacation period by clicking on respective subscription cards available under “My Subscription” and clicking on the pause button. If you wish to cancel, individual subscriptions need to be selected and cancelled.

How do I add more number of meals to a subscription?

While selecting your meal plans and setting the dates, you can add more number of meals required.

How can I adjust the number of meals in an active subscription?

You can start a new subscription of the same kind in order to start receiving more number of meals for the same subscription.

How do I switch between home and office address?

Currently, this feature is not available. 

How do I change my registered email address and phone number?

In order to change your details, kindly re-register with another Gmail account and create a new profile or get in touch with the support number.


Wallet, Refunds & Cancellation

My food wasn’t delivered, but the wallet still got deducted.

I did like my food/ a wrong order was delivered. How do I get my refund?

 You can look at getting a refund initiated if the food received by you is in an inedible state or the food packaging is in a tampered condition. We can be reached at  9611481517 and contact@sprink.online

I paid for the subscription, but no longer require the services. Can I get a refund?

A refund in such circumstances is available on a case to case basis. One can always reach us at 9611481517 for further clarifications.

I paused/cancelled my subscription, what will happen to my money?

One never loses their money with Sprink as the account never expires. The same wallet amount can always be used while extending a subscription or buying a new subscription. 

The money is credited to the wallet balance for the days a subscription is paused or cancelled. 

Is there an expiry to my wallet credit?

No, there is no expiry date on the wallet amount.
